Volta has a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it does not work for your setup or it simply is not the right tool for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will help.
How to request a refund
Email support@jendolabs.com from the address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it, plus anything useful about the problem you ran into. We may ask a practical follow-up question so we can fix bugs, but you do not need to persuade us.
What is refunded
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy. Once the refund is processed, the related Volta license is revoked and active machines are deactivated. Payment processor timing can vary after we approve the refund.
Timing
We aim to reply to refund requests within two business days. Requests made after the 30-day window are not automatically eligible, but you should still contact us if Volta is not working as expected.
